Easy Mediterranean Chicken Recipes

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added stewed tomatoes 1 cup water 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1-1/2 cups instant brown rice 1 package (12 ounces) frozen cut green beans 12 pitted Greek olives, halved

Add the green beans and rice and mix well. Bring it back to a boil. For another 8 to 10 minutes, cover and simmer until a thermometer reads 165° and the rice is soft.
