For a more difficult exercise, choose different types of terrain.
Hiking is a great way to get some exercise and enjoy nature at the same time.
Before you begin your workout, make sure to do some jumping jacks.
Great for getting the blood pumping and warming up the whole body, these are a must-have.
Start by standing on one foot for twenty to thirty seconds.
From your head to your heels, keep your body in a straight line. As your core strength increases, you should gradually raise the duration.
Incorporate brief intervals of high-intensity activity (such as leaping squats or burpees) interspersed with recovery periods.
If you're looking to burn more calories in less time, HIIT may be the way to go.
