1 bag of tortilla chips 1 lb ground beef or chicken 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup diced tomatoes 1/2 cup sliced black olives 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
Place a layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or a dish that can be placed in the oven.
On top of the chips, evenly divide the cooked and spiced ground meat.
Before serving, top the meat with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, jalapeños, red onion, and black beans.
Once the oven is hot, bake the nachos for ten to fifteen minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After taking it out of the oven, top it with sour cream. For garnish, add chopped cilantro.
Quickly plate the nachos and serve with salsa.
