2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup chopped apples, peeled and cored 1/4 cup caramel sauce or apple pie filling Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
Fold in the chopped apples and caramel sauce/pie filling.
Pour the ice cream base into a loaf pan and smooth the top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Remove from freezer and scoop into bowls. Top with chopped pecans if desired.
