2 cups mixed salad greens1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned (drained)
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

Mix the mixed greens, blueberries, pineapple chunks, diced mango, grapes, and chopped mint leaves together in a big salad bowl.
Mix honey, fresh lime juice, extra-virgin olive oil, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl with a whisk.
Give the salad a gentle toss so that the sauce covers all of the fruits and veggies evenly.
If you'd like, you can chill the salad in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
Put the salad on plates or bowls for each person to eat.
If you want, you can add more mint leaves as a garnish.
You can add other fruits you like, like kiwis, oranges, or strawberries.
For a salty taste, add some feta or goat cheese on top.
You should eat this salad right away, but if you have any extras, put them in a container that won't let air in and put them in the fridge.
