Warm the water, sugar, and active dry yeast in a small basin. After waiting around 5 minutes, it should start to foam.

The flour and salt should be mixed in a big basin. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into a well you made in the middle.

After the dough has been transferred to a floured surface, knead it for approximately five to seven minutes, or until it gets elastic and smooth.

The dough needs to be permitted to rise in a warm spot for around one to two hours, or until it has doubled in size.
